Our Pilgrim Management System (PMS) allows Hajj and Umrah trainers and travel agents in managing their online Hajj and Umrah training in an optimized and organized manner. Our advanced Pilgrim Management software is synced with both web and mobile versions to provide real-time tracking of pilgrims during Hajj training 2022 and beyond. It will also allow all stakeholders (trainers and trainees) to view the summary of the training program in real-time. It features include:
LIVE Hajj and Umrah training, via web-based portal.
Allows the trainer and pilgrim trainees to log in to the virtual environment and appear as avatars on the screen. The trainer then leads the pilgrim trainees through the virtual holy locations of Makkah to impart online Hajj and Umrah training.
Training scheduler for mass groups of pilgrims.
Allows the trainer to schedule training sessions on how to perform Hajj.

Dashboards are a graphical representation of aggregated data that is captured by the PMS software application, giving stakeholders a quick overview of various Key Performance Indicators of the online Hajj training system.
Real-time tracking of pilgrims in real time during Hajj
The training company can easily keep track of all pilgrims during the Hajj program 2022 and beyond. The training operator will have a Map on which he can monitor locations of all pilgrims, or any individual pilgrim.
